By Bryn Williams Nov 19, 2009 Capcom’s Ace Attorney series will hit the Wii next year with the first three games in the series. January 2010 will see Capcom’s beloved DS courtroom saga hit the Nintendo Wii via WiiWare. As we reported recently, the Ace Attorney games will arrive beginning with the original Pheonix Wright: Ace Attorney.

Capcom Entertainment, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, today announced that three classic Ace Attorney games are scheduled for digital release on Nintendo’s WiiWare next year beginning with the one that started it all, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney followed by Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: JUSTICE FOR ALL, and Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS.

Each title will cost 1,000 Wii Points which is $10. We’re expecting to hear news that these titles will also escape into Europe around the same time.

Bryn says: Check out the gallery I posted. There’s like 55 new shots, but I have to say that they look quite chunky… I’d hoped that Capcom would have upped the resolution a little bit for the Wii, but I guess not. Still, it’ll be interesting to see how the Wii Remote is used rather than the DS’ touchscreen.
