Nintendo has released its early 2010 release schedule, delivering March release dates for the latest WarioWare and Pokemon games, as well as launch details for a new Endless Ocean and a 22-year old series that hasn’t even come out in the US!

Having finished releasing new titles with The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, Nintendo has unleashed a slew of new release information, with release dates for many of the company’s upcoming titles, and more general month/quarter release info for a handful of other games.

On the Nintendo DS, two of the company’s most high-profile portable franchises will see release within two weeks of each other. Pokemon HeartGold and Soulsilver will be coming out on March 14, while WarioWare D.I.Y will do it itself on March 28. Seeing as how there are few similarities between Nintendo’s monster capturing and rapid-fire mini-game franchises, I doubt the two will cannibalize each others sales. Glory of Heracles will be the first game in the 22-year old Greek-mythology based Heracles series to come to the US when the DS iteration lands on January 18. Other major DS releases include Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth on February 16 and Platinum Games’ first DS release, Infinite Space, which comes out in March. The DSi Store’s biggest highlights are the iPhone hit Fieldrunners, and the DS debut of the Game Boy platforming series in Shantae: Risky’s Revenge.

Between WiiWare and retail releases, the Nintendo Wii will have a pretty full release slate, even if Nintendo doesn’t have much in the way of first-party titles to deliver. The only Wii disc coming from Nintendo itself is Endless Ocean: Blue World, the second game in the deep-sea diving franchise. Other companies will be picking up the slack, as Capcom will bring Tatsunoko vs. Capcom to the Wii and Pheonix Wright to WiiWare in January, and Mega Man 10 to the downloadable service in March. Ubisoft will bring No More Heroes 2 to the Wii in January, and is promising to deliver the delayed Red Steel 2 during the year’s first quarter. The intruiging Super Meat Boy will be coming to WiiWare that same hazy time period.

The full release list is posted below. Remember, these are subject to change. Which Ubisoft “Imagine” game are you most looking forward to?
